Any order placed through ChiChiCollections.com will be shipped via USPS Priority or First-Class Mail. We charge a simple flat rate of $5 per order.  Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and 1-5 business days for shipping.  Orders received after 12pm EST, on weekends or holidays will be shipped within the next 1-2 business days.  

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. 

At this time, ChiChi Collections does not ship outside of the United States.

All jewelry, handbags, accessories, sale items and gift certificates purchased from ChiChiCollections.com are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Non-sale clothing may be returned to us for store credit or an even exchange within 14 days of the original purchase, provided they are unworn and tags are still attached.  Cost of original shipping will not be refunded, but RETURN SHIPPING IS FREE!  No credit card refunds will be issued.

 To RETURN eligible merchandise for store credit, please follow these simple steps:

1. Email us at contactus@chichicollections.com to authorize the return for store credit.

2. You will receive a FREE prepaid return label via email.

3. Print your FREE prepaid return label and affix the label to your original packaging.  Please ensure original shipping label has been covered up or removed.

*Please note...if label is not printed within 24 hours of receiving, it will become inactive and a new label will need to be created.  Please print label immediately.

4. Leave your package in your mailbox or drop off at a US Post Office. You can find USPS locations here.

5 Once returned merchandise has been received, you will receive notification via email with your store credit gift certificate.  Please use this gift certificate number in the “discount codes” field upon checking out. Store credits are valid for 1 year from the issue date.

2. You will receive a FREE prepaid return label via email.

5. If your new size is available, we will ship it to you free of charge once returned merchandise has been received.  If your new size is not available, we will issue you store credit. You will receive notification via email with your store credit gift certificate.  Please use this gift certificate number in the “discount codes” field upon checking out.  Store credits are valid for 1 year from the issue date. 

Orders shipped to Florida are subject to the state and county sales tax rate. 

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email order confirmation. You will also receive a separate email when your order has shipped with the tracking information. 

We are constantly searching to offer you the most unique collections and this often requires us to purchase from a variety of manufacturers.  Since sizing varies among brands, we cannot provide a size chart.  We realize the importance of this and do provide you with the most detailed information in our product descriptions to help you make the most informed decision while shopping with us.  If you have any questions or need additional measurements, please don’t hesitate to call or email us.  

Gift certificates are available for purchase on our site! Click here to purchase. Gift certificates are electronic and will be automatically emailed to you or the recipient with a personalized message and are available in any dollar amount. The gift certificate number will be provided in the email along with a pin number so you or the recipient can check the available balance. Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from the issue date and are redeemable online at ChiChi Collections. Gift certificates may not be returned for a refund. 

To redeem a gift certificate, simply enter the gift certificate number in the "discount codes" box located in the center of your shopping cart page prior to checking out. Once the code is entered, click apply coupon and the discount will be shown on the right hand side of the page.
